Annual Prize Drawing

At the conclusion of every tax season, we invite our customers to tune in for a chance to win a Computer System and other prizes. We will announce pre-determined prizes at the start of each season and hold a drawing at season's end. Every Phamily Tax customer will be eligible to win so find out how!

Purpose

Choosing a reliable Tax Professional is an important decision. We are honored to be your trusted Tax services provider and want to express our gratitude in a unique way. This drawing is our exclamation point to punctuate the end of every tax season with a dash of fun.

Phamily Tax is committed to improving service levels. Therefore, we continually invest in new computing technology to ensure our customers experience speed, reliability, and quality. As a result, we routinely deactivate and/or replace systems at the close of every tax season. Since these systems go into stock and won't be utilized until the following season, if at all, we felt it might serve a better purpose in a new home. These systems are like-new and all are in excellent condition after we fresh-install, upgrade, and inspect for optimal usage.

What are the Prizes for the First Annual Phamily Tax Drawing?

The winner will bring home a computer system containing: LCD Monitor, CPU, Keyboard, Mouse.

Two consolation prizes, each consisting of one 19" LCD monitor, will also be awarded.

All prizes will be new or like-new condition and will each carry a warranty for the rest of the calendar year. In the case that factory warranty expires before December 31st 2009, Phamily Tax will provide an in house warranty to gap the time between factory expiration date and December 31st 2009.

Rules for the Drawing

To assure fairness, the PA Lottery Powerball will be used to select the winning number. The date of drawing will be announced in advance. Winners will be announced on PhamilyTax.com and contacted. All prizes will be claimed by customers. All customers are eligible to win and we will not keep any prizes. This annual prize drawing is designed to give our loyal customers additional chances to win by being a returning customer and/or providing referrals. Please view details below.

How will we derive the winners and winning number using PA Powerball?

  1. The last digit of every Powerball will be placed in sequential order of drawing and combined into a 5 digit number.

For example: Saturday 12/27/2008 (selected date and official PA numbers)

            12-15-26-31-43, Powerball: 10

The winning number in our drawing will be 2-5613

  1. This number will be matched with the last 5 digits of a customer's phone number.

  2. If no matches are found using all five digits (2-5613); then the first digit will be a wild (X-5613) and only the last four will be used; then last three (X-X613); and so on until one first place and two consolation prizes are determined.

  3. In the event of multiple winners, those with matching numbers will be invited to a drawing at our office. Tickets, with the name of each prospective winner, will be used for the drawing.

  4. This drawing is designed to give our loyal customers additional chances to win.

    1. Returning customers will receive one additional number, next in sequence, for every year filed with Phamily Tax.
For example: If the last 5 digits of your phone number is 0-0000 and you're a 3 time returning customer, we would enter 0-0000, 0-0001, and 0-0002 as your eligible winning numbers in our drawing.

    2. For every new customer you refer, you will get one additional chance of winning in that particular year.

    3. In the event of a tiebreaker-drawing scenario, as described in Rule 4, the same advantage will be provided for those customers who qualify for extra chances, via rule 5.1 and 5.2, by allotting extra tickets in lieu of numbers.
